Tuesday, January 13, 2009 -- The Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation is providing $439,492 to establish the Fort Frances Technology Centre and $11,990 to launch Barnswallow Ventures. Tuesday, January 13, 2009 -- Northern Development and Mines Minister and Chair of the NOHFC Michael Gravelle presents plaques to Rainy River Futures Development Corporation Chair Russ Fortier, on behalf of three tourism operators in the area, to commemorate their more than 20 years of business success. The NOHFC is celebrating its 20th anniversary. The Fisheries Resort, Ross’ Camp and Emo Inn were among the original private sector partners to receive NOHFC support in 1988-89. |
