Changes to the Assessment Work Regulations

There have been changes to the Assessment Work Regulation (O.Reg. 6/96). The changes will come into effect on Friday December 03, 2004. Accordingly, all assessment work performed and filed on or after December 03, 2004 will be required to comply with the new Assessment Work Regulations (309/04) to receive full assessment credit. The most notable changes affect prospecting (section 9), physical work (section 10), drilling (section 16) and other eligible work (section 18).
