Notice to Claim Holders and Authorized Agents - Change of Address

The Mining Act requires correspondence from the Mining Lands Section be sent to the address of service. The Geoscience Assessment Office will be sending all correspondence to the address on record. To receive correspondence that may affect land tenure, please ensure that your current address of service is correct.

How to Notify:

  1. the Change of Address form (#0221);
  2. change of address notice obtained from the Federal Post Office;
  3. typed or legible hand-written notice showing clearly your intent to change your address;
  4. e-mail message sent to the Provincial Recording Office (pro@ndm.gov.on.ca).

Any of these methods of notification can be sent by telephone transmission (fax) or mailed to the Provincial Recording Office.
