Change of
Address Notification
The Mining Act requires correspondence be sent to the
address of service. All correspondence will be sent to the address on record
with the Provincial Recording Office. Therefore, to receive correspondence that
may affect land tenure, please ensure that your address of service is correct
with the Provincial Recording Office.
How to notify us:
- use the Change of Address form (#0221);
- a change of address notice obtained from the Federal Post Office;
- typed or legible hand-written notice showing clearly your intent to change
your address.
The Provincial Recording Office does not accept the return address on an
envelope nor the address on any other Mining Act form as a written notice of
change of address. The staker, or recorded holder must clearly show the intent
to change the address using one of the above methods.
Notification can be sent
by mail, courier or fax to the Provincial Recording Office.
