SECTION 35, THE MINING ACT, R.S.O. 1990

ORDER NO. W-KRL-52/00

The SURFACE AND MINING RIGHTS of the area highlighted in yellow and outlined in red on the attached sketch of Kavanagh Lake Area (G-1802) being 46.14 hectares more or less, are hereby WITHDRAWN from prospecting, staking out, sale or lease.

This area has been withdrawn to allow for the construction and operation of a fire station and landing strip.

Saving, excepting and reserving hereout and herefrom, all lands patented, sold, leased or otherwise alienated by the Crown.

This order comes into effect upon signing.
