SECTION 35, THE MINING ACT, R.S.O. 1990

ORDER NO. W-T-B22/00

The SURFACE AND MINING RIGHTS of the area shown outlined in red on the attached sketch and situate in the TOWNSHIP OF KILKENNY (G-0111) being 479.806 hectares, more or less, are hereby WITHDRAWN from prospecting, staking out, sale or lease.

These lands are withdrawn prior to the transfer of the lands to the Federal government.

Saving, excepting and reserving hereout and herefrom, all lands patented, sold, leased or otherwise alienated by the Crown.

This order comes into effect upon signing.
