SECTION 35, THE MINING ACT, R.S.O. 1990

ORDER NO. W-L-45/02

The SURFACE AND MINING RIGHTS of the area pertaining to cancelled mining claims L 1155648 to  L 1155650, both inclusive, L 1155653 to L 1155656, both inclusive, L 1155975, L 1156159 and L 1156166, being the north half of the north half of Lot 2, Concession 2, the north half of the north half of Lot 3, Concession 2, the north half of the north half of Lot 4, Concession 2 and the south half of Lot 4, Concession 3, as outlined in red on the attached sketch, situated in Munro Township (M-376), Larder Lake Mining Division, and containing 160 hectares, more or less, are hereby WITHDRAWN from prospecting, staking out, sale or lease.

This area is withdrawn at the request of the Mining and Lands Commissioner.

Saving, excepting and reserving hereto and herefrom, all other lands patented, sold, leased or otherwise alienated by the Crown at the date of this Order.

Any alienated lands lying within the limits of this withdrawn area that revert to the Crown subsequent to the date of this order will automatically be considered to be withdrawn as part of this order.

This order comes into effect upon signing.
