ORDER
SECTION 35, THE MINING ACT, R.S.O. 1990
ORDER NO. W-S-69/02
The MINING RIGHTS of the land forming the station grounds, switching grounds, yard and right-of-way of the Canadian National Railway, situated in Lot 1, Con III, Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Con IV, Lots 4 and 5, Con V, Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, Con VI, Capreol Township, as more or less outlined in red on the attached sketch of Capreol Township (G-4019) and as shown on the attached plan of the Canadian Northern Railway right-of-way through MacLennan Township (G-4078), in the Sudbury Mining Division, are hereby WITHDRAWN from prospecting and staking out, sale or lease.
This area is withdrawn while the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines clarifies the status of the land.
Saving, excepting and reserving hereto and herefrom, all other lands patented, sold, leased or otherwise alienated by the Crown at the date of this Order.
Any alienated lands lying within the limits of this withdrawn area that revert to the Crown subsequent to the date of this order will automatically be considered to be withdrawn as part of this order.
This order comes into effect upon signing.
