SECTION 35, THE MINING ACT, R.S.O. 1990
ORDER NO. O-K-24/07
The SURFACE and MINING RIGHTS of the area outlined in red on the attached sketch, being mining claims 3014607 to 3014612 inclusive, situated in the Bad Vermilion Lake and Turtle Lake Areas, in the Kenora Mining Division, containing 144 hectares, more or less, are hereby RE-OPENED to prospecting, staking out, sale or lease.
This area was originally withdrawn by order W-K-40/06, while the Ministry considered an application for Relief from Forfeiture. The application was accepted and the withdrawal is no longer required.
This order comes into effect upon signing.
