ORDER NO. O-K-47/07
The SURFACE and MINING RIGHTS of the area outlined in red on the attached sketch, situated in the Township of Ignace (G-3169), in the Kenora Mining Division, containing 10.3 hectares, more or less, are hereby RE-OPENED to prospecting, staking out, sale or lease.
This area was originally withdrawn to provide a wood waste disposal site for a nearby sawmill business. The area is being re-opened in order to immediately issue a new withdrawal to modify the boundaries of the site.
This order comes into effect upon signing.
