ORDER NO. O-K-49/07
The SURFACE and MINING RIGHTS of the areas outlined in red on the attached sketch, situated in Tabor Lake Area and Melgund Township, in the Kenora Mining Division, containing 80 hectares, more or less, are hereby RE-OPENED to prospecting, staking out, sale or lease.
This area was originally withdrawn by Order W-K-32/07, while the Ministry considered an application for Relief from Forfeiture.
This order comes into effect on August 1, 2007 8:00 a.m. Standard Time
