Obtain a Publication

All Ontario Geological Survey publications as well as CLAIMaps hardcopy maps are available for purchase at the Publication Sales office located in the Willet Green Miller Centre in Sudbury. Orders can be placed in person, by email, fax, or telephone. In addition, publications can be obtained from Resident Geologists Offices located throughout the province.

If you are ordering by mail, email, or fax, please call or email to confirm the publication price, associated shipping charges and applicable taxes. Payment by Visa, MasterCard or American Express ensures the fastest possible service; cheques or money order should be made payable to the Minister of Finance. Effective July 1, 2010, the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will be charged on goods and services where the tax is applicable.

All Ontario Geological Survey products are available for downloading free of charge from GeologyOntario; however, in cases where the file size is prohibitive for downloading, please contact Publication Sales and the digital file(s) will be sent to you on CD ($20.00) or DVD ($25.00).

Regional Mines and Minerals offices sell ministry publications which report on work performed in their region. Publications of province-wide interest are available at all sales outlets.
