Ontario Supports Young Entrepreneur In Dryden

McGuinty Government Invests In New Northern Business Opportunities

A young entrepreneur will start visiting customer’s homes to meet the high demand for vehicle service in the Dryden area.
Adam Peterson is receiving support from the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation (NOHFC) to launch NWO Mobile Oil and Repair Services. His new business will oil changes, minor repair work and regular maintenance.
NWO will compete against service stations that have wait time of up to four weeks.

- The NOHFC’s Young Entrepreneur Program is providing $25,000 for the purchase of equipment and tools.
- Adam Peterson has experience in the automobile service field as an apprentice and a mechanic at a local automobile dealership. Since 2006 he has completed numerous business related programs at the Northern Business Centre and has attended business planning programs at the Patricia Area Community Endeavours program.
