Ehren Cory

Executive Director for Infrastructure Ontario’s (IO) Transaction Structuring Risk and Commercial Projects division, where he oversees transaction finance, procurement, program management office, commercial projects, and communications, stakeholder relations, and strategy groups. 

Since joining IO in 2012, Ehren has been a key advisor to multiple provincial clients on major economic development, infrastructure and business advisory mandates. 

Prior to joining IO, Ehren was a partner at McKinsey & Co., a global management consulting firm, where he was a leader in the Infrastructure and Public Sector practices.

Linda McAusland

Assistant Deputy Minister and Chief Administrative Officer for the Ministry of Transportation (MTO), where she provides leadership for human resources, financial planning, facilities, and emergency management.

Linda has been with the Ontario Public Service for over 28 years and previously worked at the Ministries of Natural Resources, Northern Development and Mines, and Transportation.

Linda holds a B.A. from the University of Waterloo and attended the Public Executive Program at Queen’s University and the Executive Leadership Program at the Niagara Institute.  In 2014, Linda was appointed to the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission by the Premier of Ontario.

Shawn Batise

Shawn Batise is the Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM) of the Negotiations and Reconciliation Division for the Ministry of Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation. As the recently appointed ADM, he leads the ministry’s efforts on land claims, Aboriginal and treaty rights and land-related issues.

Prior to this, Shawn was the Executive Director of the Wabun Tribal Council in Timmins, Ontario for the past 25 years. During his time there Shawn was the lead negotiator on Impact and Benefit Agreement (IBA), land claim, and other negotiations.

Shawn holds a B.A. (Hon) from Ryerson in Public Administration and Governance. He was nominated for the Premier’s Award for Outstanding College Graduate in 2012 for his educational background at Northern College – Haileybury School of Mines and work in the communities he represented during his time at the Wabun Tribal Council.

Nancy Mudrinic

Nancy Mudrinic is the Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM) of the Community Hubs Division for the Ministry of Infrastructure where she provides policy and program leadership for the government –wide implementation of the Community Hubs Strategic Framework and Action Plan. Previously, Nancy was the ADM, Risk Management and Financial Oversight Division of the Pan and Para Pan American Games Secretariat. Providing strategic direction for financial and risk management of the Province’s role in the Games. 

Nancy’s previous roles in the OPS included various senior leadership positions with Cabinet Office, the Ontario SuperBuild Corporation, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Transportation. She holds a Master of Science in Planning and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Geography, both from the University of Toronto.

Helen Mulc

Helen Mulc is the Assistant Deputy Minister of the Northern Development Division within the Ministry of Northern Development Mines (MNDM), responsible for delivery of economic development, northern transportation and community capacity building across northern Ontario.  
Helen brings over 20 years of municipal, business and economic development experience to her role in the Ministry, including a stint as Director of Economic Development with the City of Greater Sudbury.  Helen studied Business and Municipal Management at Laurentian University and York University’s Schulich School of Business, where she is currently pursuing her MBA.
